access unless there are extraordinary circumstances.

Most repair companies perform their services during normal business
hours and only make AM or PM appointments.
If you fail without notice to keep an appointment with a repairman,
fail to leave a keyless deadbolt unlocked, fail to remove pets, or
otherwise prohibit access to your property, you may be charged with a
minimum service fee of $30.
Be advised that overtime or after hours charges are not authorized,
except in the case of a major emergency.
