Kevin H. Knight | President & CEO - ABR®, CRS®, GRI, RFS, RMP®, MPM®, ePRO
After serving in the United States Army's 82nd Airborne Division, Kevin started his career in real estate in 1982. He received his Certified Residential Specialist designation in 1994.
In 2004, he purchased Liberty Management from his father, Don Knight, and has continued the integrity and professionalism that his father built the business on. Also in 2004, Kevin was awarded the Residential Management Professional designation (RMP) from the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).
In 2005, The San Antonio Board of Realtors® named Kevin the Property Management Specialist of the Year. In addition, Kevin has served as the 2005 and the 2007 President of the San Antonio NARPM Chapter of Residential Property Managers in San Antonio.
In 2008, Kevin served as the Chairman of the Property Management Committee at the San Antonio Board of Realtors®.
In 2009 Kevin received his Master Property Manager designation (MPM) from the Nation Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). This is the highest designation a property manager can receive.

He is married to his lovely and supportive wife Angie, They have 4 Children at home, Adam, Ashley, Dallas and Sara.
Mary Molina | Vice President / Director of Operations - NARPM
Mary holds a real estate agents license, and is a member of the San Antonio National Association of Property Managers (NARPM). She has been with Liberty Management over 17 years and the senior property manager for over 7. Mary, throughout the years has also become part owner of Liberty Management, Inc.
She oversees all aspects of the day to day operations, as well as all staff members. Mrs. Molina is also the arbitrator in all conflicts of owner, tenant and sub contractors' issues. She is known for her persistence in following company policy.
What Mary enjoys most about her job is that there is never a dull moment! Coming to work every day is always a learning and rewarding experience. She enjoys resolving issues to everyone's satisfaction.
Mary is a native San Antonian, married to Odie Molina and has a combined total of 8 children.
Mary is a 5th degree Black Belt in Martial Arts and studies at the United Martial Arts Karate & Kung-Fu Academy. Mrs. Molina and her husband Odie Molina own and operate the United Martial Arts Karate & Kung-Fu Academy.
They have been operating for over 45 years. She is very active as a tournament promoter, and has been inducted over 6 times in the Martial Arts Hall of Fame including Atlantic City and London England.
As a Owner/Tenant Coordinator, Dave offers a high quality of service for our owners and tenants. He is versatile when it comes to property management, having 6 yrs experience in property sales and 2 yrs in property management.
Some of his duties consist of owner and tenant satisfaction, creating and following up on work orders, and payments and arrangements. Dave's goal is to continue to strive for owners and tenants maintenance needs.
As the Owner/ Tenant Coordinator, John has incomparable problem solving skills and developed outstanding customer service for our owners and tenants.
John is an expert when it comes to working the financial side for both owner and tenants. Some of his duties consist of supporting management, creating and following up on work orders, Contracts, Account Coordination, Payment and Arrangements, Tenant Move in/ Move out Processes, Tenant Disputes, Audits and creating a variety of project management skills as well as all other details necessary to keep our team organized.
John short term Striving goal is to complete his Real Estate license to become a Successful and Respected Agent in Property Management/ Real Estate.
As the Owner/ Tenant Coordinator, Ammari has strong customer service skills and enthusiasm. Owner and Tenants have commented on her motivation, spirited work ethic and organizational skills. Some of her duties consist of supporting management, tenant collections, payment and arrangements, HOA dues as well as all other details necessary to keep our team organized.
As the Applications & Leasing Manager, Oralia is an expert with building skill and creativity to execute sales promotions and negotiations to secure and retain tenants. Oralia overall task is to ensure that the tenants are fulfilled with their needs as it relates to the terms of their lease.
Oralia has 7 yrs experience in property management, some of her duties consist of Processing Applications and Screening Applications In assisting tenants with the Move-in Processes. Oralia Goals are to become a Real Estate Agent and becoming a successful women in property management.
As the receptionist and secretary, Christen is the initial greeter who sets the tone for our customer's entire experience. Some of her duties consist of supporting management, using a variety of project management tools, communication, and organizational skills.
As well as all the other details necessary to keep our team organized. Christen's short term goal is to complete her real estate license to become a successful and respected woman in the property management field.
As the Lease Renewals specialist and Survey manager, Faustino is dedicated in satisfaction to our Clients. Faustino has 3 yrs experience with Property Management. Some of his duty consist of following up with tenants on lease violations, Lease Renewals and 6 month Surveys. As well as all the other details necessary to keep our team organized.
As the Accounting Manager, Irene is an expert when it comes to working the financial side for both owners and tenants, managing their ledgers and balancing their accounts. Some of her duties consist of accounts payables/receivables, auditing/reconciliations and payroll.
Irene began working for Liberty Management back in May 2012 and has 12 years property management experience. Irene has outstanding leadership skills, organizational skills and is team oriented. Irene is Certified in Quickbooks Computerized Accounting and received a Certificate in Community Minority Business in the advancement program from the Red McCombs School of Business.
With Brian's expertise in a multitude of computer systems and information management systems, Brian keeps us on the forefront of technology, making us one of the most technologically advanced property management companies in the country. He is an expert at cloud management and specializes extensively in cloud technologies and increases their leverage in our office synergy.
He is also an expert at Apple® iPad® and Microsoft® Windows® PC computers. We rely on Brian to solve any issue that arises, and his functions.
