Cancellation Guarantee

At Liberty Management we believe if you're not happy we're not happy, we believe it so much, we put it in writing, and we offer you as our valued owners our cancellation guarantee.

While many companies charge outrageous cancellation fees and hold you hostage with a long-term contract, we do not; your Happiness is of the utmost importance to us.

We believe in providing superior customer service. If for any reason you are not completely happy with our service, and you wish to cancel your contract with us, you can do so at any time with no penalties.

There are only two stipulations. First, all outstanding invoices have to be paid to vendors. Second, we ask that you provide us with a 10 day written notice to complete our processing, to be able to wrap up any outstanding invoices and have time to prepare your tenant's file. We want the cancellation process to go smoothly and to turn you over the property with no outstanding issues; while we don't foresee this happening, We provide you with peace of mind knowing if you’re not happy with our property management service our Cancellation Guarantee is available.
