With over 30 years of marketing properties for rent we have learned the importance of marketing a home that allows pets. By prohibiting pets on a property, you are increasing the likelihood of prolonging the days on market for your property costing you money. Not only that but it encourages people to sneak in an unauthorized pet which could result in a costly eviction.
When we allow a pet into a home, we have vetted that pet almost as much as the tenant. Liberty Management is so confident in our pet screening system that we offer you as our valued owners our Pet Guarantee.
You are guaranteed that any pet damage above normal wear and tear resulting from the approved pet that is not covered by the security deposit will be reimbursed by Liberty Management up to $1,000 for each approved pet.
This excludes any service animals or companion animals per Fair Housing Guidelines.
